HALLOWEEK - Becoming the Fake ID

 Happy Halloween! This is the last cap in my little Halloweek celebration! I hope everyone had a great time, because I know I did. Everyone let me know what your favorite cap was and what costumes you're wearing tonight.

This story for this caption reminded me a lot of Superbad so I kind of just stole the names for the two boys from it. Not a Halloween movie, but, y'know, BOO!

I'm going to try and keep up with captioning semi-regularly after this. Any requests I didn't get to from the Halloween thread I'll try and incorporate into something else. HALLOWEEK - The Ritual

 This image was a request from a visitor in the blog, I've never seen the show but this spooky little story is the vibe it gave me. There are worse fates. I wonder what she'd do next and if she wears any other cute outfits in the rest of the show. 🤔

HALLOWEEK - A Father's Worst Nightmare

 Ok, this GIF I absolutely had to use! This one is also set in the "School Policy" universe where certain districts enact a rule where white boys who don't make sports are feminized to even the playing field, this is a happier ending for our hero. These captions were of course inspired by the "School Policy" story by Girlywhiteboys on Tumblr, though it looks like they've deleted their blog unfortunately. I hope they're alright and know they've inspired people. 

HALLOWEEK - Missing Persons

 This one was a fun little horror movie-themed concept. Not based on any I can think of, maybe a little bit of "Hostel?" Also don't think I've captioned Sarah Chalke yet. =) 

HALLOWEEK - Captive

 I actually had a really hard time choosing which Liz Gillies outfit to use for a Halloween caption. She wears so many amazing things in Dynasty, I've never seen the show but I absolutely adore Liz and all the beautiful clothes she gets to wear. This one was inspired by the movies "This Skin I Live In" and a much less traumatizing version of "Tusk"

 I've wanted to use this GIF for a long time! I demand more cute girls in glasses. 

HALLOWEEK - The Cabin

 This is kind of an "out there" concept for me. =) I wouldn't mind having a nightmare about it though. This was inspired by "Evil Dead 2," which I was told was one of my Dad's favorite movies (he was apparently a huge nerd, I wonder where I got it from) so I went out of my way to find it on TV when I was younger. I literally screamed a couple times and my Mom had to figure out how to put the parental controls on the TV because of it. 

HALLOWEEK- Cumpetitive

 I made this one based on a request for a cheerleader caption, this isn't a hormone imbalance caption but I think it's a neat little twist on the cheerleader trope. 

I have another cheerleader-themed caption coming on the 31st. I love everything about cheerleaders and would love to be one except for 2 factors.

1. I would fall down. So many times. My coordination is not one of my talents. 

2. You will never ever be able to get me to pretend to be that excited about sports.

My high school didn't have cheerleaders. I don't think. I never went to any of the games. 😆

HALLOWEEK - Secret Boyfriend

 

This one is a little light on the Halloween but I loved the story idea and the GIF and not many other reasons to have a character in a Supergirl costume. I've also missed captioning Melissa Benoist. =)  I don't think I'd actually like being blackmailed in real life but if someone else were to help me make the first move that would help, I have severe anxiety about it because both times I tried to I either got slapped in the face and yelled at or almost left alone at the mall without a ride home, he eventually let up and gave me a ride though, so he was nicer than the first guy. Basically, a support team would be welcome. =P

Halloween Announcement

Hello, my dears. It's Sydney again, long time no see! I let some mean comments get to me and it drained my will to caption anything for a while, but I'm feeling the itch again just in time for spooky season! So I'm planning to have a new caption every day for at least the last week of October, but hopefully more. I have 4 ready to go so far and a few more formatted. So during that Halloweek, the reposts that the beautiful, angelic Mia has been so gracious to keep up with will be on hold. They'll pick back up in November!

But since I have the itch again I'd like to ask if anyone has any requests! If you have a GIF from a scary movie or of someone in a girly costume from a movie or TV show or social media I can figure out a scenario for, just send it to SydMixUp@gmail.com if you have a scenario you'd like to see me give a go I'll try finding a picture to match! =) I've missed you all.
