Kevin realized that he can’t go back to his old identity. There have been too many changes to his body. Besides, Kevin WAS a sad man. But Bridgette is married to David and David is great husband. And Kevin’s mother obviously loves having Bridgette as a daughter rather than Kevin as a son.
But Kevin did retain some of Bridgette’s knowledge. Kevin obviously will do ANYTHING to stay in control and reap the benefits.
